A week or two ago, I published images of Masterbox Ltd's new 1/35th scale, Maquis (French Resistance) set. Now, one of the comments was regarding this figure:

As can be seen, the magazine on the Sten is reversed.

Taking note of this criticism, Masterbox have just mailed me with images of this (corrected) figure:

Now, it's a small (and easily-corrected) error, but, IMO, it just shows how easy it is for a company to take note of what people are saying of their products and, when it's necessary, to take the appropriate measures.

Today's (gentle) rant...

That's good news.

Let's hope they will listen to our little Aussie Infantry petition too. (By the way, the image file is almost ready to be sent to you Jim). To anyone out there with relevant information regarding this petition please PM me or leave a comment here.

Sorry for hijacking the thread Jim

Good News,

Nice to see they responded. Now about those Commonwealth Prisoners and Engineers, Oh and musn't forget some Tank Riders!!! ......... Did I mention Bedford Trucks, perhaps not appropraite for a figure post

Chas, I'm with you on the Aussies.

Back to the Topic, they do indeed seem to take note of the feedback they get, unlike some manufacturers . This isn't the first time they have come back with a revision based on peoples comments. Good for them.

This should be a very useable set when it comes along, I can see these figures fitting in nicely in a lot of situations.

Goodonya' Masterbox ! I love how you do business.

No petty bloggers, no propaganda and no BS posturing.

Just when I thought your much needed 'out of the blue' choices of subjects/poses was enough to gain my attention and my business, you raise the bar even higher.

May you live long and succeed beyond your expectations.
