I see a few things wrong but for a first attempt not bad.
Tracks a little tight.
That space between the wood was filled with concrete,if I am not mistaken.
Otherwise pretty decent.

hi calvin, i did this kit a few years back...the track was kinda stiff that's why the wheels tends to follow the curve created by the stiff vinyl tracks. to solve this..you should glue or fix those front and rear wheels..italeri made them movable in case your might want the tank to rest on uneven terrain..on a diorama for example. i didn't too..check the flaws. the tamiya crew were from the european theater. i suggest get the ones wearing light clothing materials..suitable for the pacific theater. there are alot good choices on resin figures. the wooden planks are kinda..basic. what i did was scratch the surface of the planks to simulate wood grain. the spikes looks heavy to me. though some photos showed them kinda heavy too. depends on the modellers.

over all the painting and weathering looks alright..just add more details on the figures and tank. cheers and happy modelling. ed

Marine tankers usually just wore the same cotton utilities as everyone else, due to the extreme heat, which was even worse in a buttoned-up tank. You definitely would not see the Army tanker's jacket with the elasticated knit cuffs and blanket lining as worn by your figure in the loader's hatch. It was great for Europe, but guaranteed to cause heat stroke in the Pacific.

Calvin -
Looks good, like it has been ashore for a while, on some sandy white beach in the Pacific! Thanks for sharing your work.
