I have attached photos to the Central Arizona Modellers Club (C.A.M.) Axis / Allies build. They are in the early stages of this build. I will up date photos as new items are added.

The diorama is located at Motorsport Hobbies in Casa Grande AZ. We removed the HO slot car track so the club could use the current layout. There will be armored vehicles, soldiers and airplanes. The build should be completed by Nov. 15th. With the intention of keeping it up until just after the new year. Any comments are welcomed and thanks for looking...

The kits being used on this build are mix of 1/76 and 1/72 Airfix, Dragon, Hasegawa & Trumpeter. There will also be some scratch building on field displays for this diorama. Skill levels range from 10 years old and up. The club has been in existence for 5 months and this is their first club build.

I have have added the latest photos to the diorama. As we get closer to our November completion date you will see the layout change. As for now the club has elected to just put the completed items into the diorama.

Newest photos as of today!

Ok... been a while since I last posted. So attached are the newest items added to the diorama. Club build will be completed on Nov. 22nd. At that date the club will re-arrange the diorama for the finished product. So there may be one more post of added items before the final unveiling.

I've seen other variations on this theme. A bunch of modelers get together and create a large scale project around a RR display.

It looks like fun. How may builders are taking part?

Thanks for the reply.... We have 13 active memebers with each doing at least one part. Most have done 3 to 4 each. We can't wait to do the final layout
