Alright this may sound possible stupid, anyways, here is the question. I was wondering if putting a tarp or cover over the search lights of a israeli centurion ever happened ? The search lights on the glacis ?? Do you think they would have ever thrown a cover on them ? like they do with the barrel ? let me know ?

like the lights displayed on this tank

Wow, the crew did a really good job covering up their searchlight. I can't figure out where it is.

Do you mean the searchlight, usually mounted above the gun mantle? Or the headlights, usually mounted on the lower part of the glacis plate at the front?

The searchlight, when not in use, was mounted in a protective cage on the left back of the turret. Centurion crews usually had the gun mantlet covered in a tarpaulin (as shown in your photo). Later Israeli upgrades also had a concertina shaped mud cover covering the gun barrel where it entered the mantlet.

Hope this answers your question some.
