Nice addition Milo
I am currently working with the PAM set. I will start soon a thread, I am moving back to home now.
But I start working with the Voyager set no the slat but the upgrade set and I feel that there are so much errors in the instruction set. Wrong numbering and bad diagrams. What is your feeling on the Voyager Slat armor.
Cheers
Seb

So Milo
We are sharing the same feeling on the instruction sheet on the Voyager model. I have to go back to Prime Portal for most of the build and I found that strange for a PE kit especially in respect to Eduard one.
Concerning PAM kit, the slat are easy to build with a jig without it is difficult, I will post some pictures may be here Milo is it ok with you ??
Cheers

Eduard , Griffon and Voyager Upper Bracket look good. I find small different on upper parts.
Eduard and Griffon Lower Bracket also look good but Voyager are no correct.
Left site Add-on Armor for first look show only small different. Only Voyager has correct hole for hatch
For comparison one photo real vehicle.

Hello Miloslav,
this is going to be a great comparison thread. It will defenitely help. I was quite sure to buy Griffon's slat armor offer, but now I keep waiting 'till you're finished.
A question: Why did you scratchbuild the additional armor on the Stryker with the Griffon set? I thought it was included?
Thanks, looking forward to the next steps.
Johannes.

The nice thing about the Griffon set is the instructions; everything in the Slat etch set is easy to work through step by step. The Ed set is comprised of multiple sets with a slew of instructions to flip back and forth between. The big Ed set could have been done the way of Grif, but its just all the sets put in one package. Nontheless, I like the Grif and Ed sets best.
The PAM set is nice but slightly simplified.
