the turret additional armor plates closest to the main gun need to switch sides with each other; paint job is fantastic

Very nice paintjob indeed. Jimmy is right about the exhausts, they should point up, rather than to the rear. You should be able to fix that, if you can carefully remove take them off. If you do, it would really improve the exhausts if you drill them out, or at least paint the top black, to give an impression of the pipe being hollow. And modelman pointed out the turret skirts, which are basically upside down. Perhaps you can carefully remove the triangular sections at the front, with the help of a sharp knife, and swapped them around and glue them back. One last thing, but now I'm really nitpicking, the driver and radio-operator hatches are reversed. The small triangular lock plate should be towards the outside edge of the hatch, not the inside.
Are you going to add the side skirts, and a commander figure?
Nice work, thanks for showing.

hey there,
thanks a lot for your tips and suggestions! I'll try to correct the exhaust pipes and drill them open. correcting the turret skirts would destroy the paint job, so I have to live with this stupid error
next time I'll build slower...
the model was a kind of painting exercise for me to improve my painting skills and to try some new techniques, so the errors are not that important same with the hatches, I really should take the manual more serious.
there were no side skirts supplied with the kit, but I will add a commander.
thanks again and all the best,
lelle

Looks good. Nice job with this little kit. Camo pattern and running gear came out well. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Lelle,
Hate to sound like a nick picker, but the close ups show seam lines on the AA machine gun mount and on the turret armour "support" arms. Otherwise a very nice model.
