Hi, i'm planning to buil a diorama with an atlantic wall bunker, i know there's a lot of kits but i've decided to buil it myself. I've seen a lot of pictures but i need the dimensions to make it more simple, so if somebody knows a link where i can find sketches, blueprints or similar, please help.

ist's in german, but has some nice pictures and plans of every "Regelbau"

What scale r u going to do in, 1/35th, 1/48th, 1/72nd???
I've looked doing one in 1/35th and voted against it only because I've no place to put the thing!! (Not the whole Wall, just a section of it, say around Gold, Juno beach area.)
I would like to see some try the whole Wall in 1/35th. That would be insane!!!!

1/35

¿The whole wall? Wow, you'll hate the colour grey after the first ten months.

I have to say big thanks for that PDF... I think that is one of the most impressive and complete books on German Bunkers in the Atlantik Wall. I have saved it and will go with it to my printshop and have it printed out. very usefull book.

I'd say the "magna cum laude" he got for this thesis is well deserved.
You can buy the book in two parts at amazon.de as a "book on demand", but it's quite expensive.

Well I don't have any links but I would suggest if your going to scratch build a bunker, try for a flak bunker or possibly something with larger embrasures like the artillery bunkers at point-du-hoc, the machine gun bunkers and some of the smaller pillboxes on the Atlantic wall have very specific embrasures, and there stepped which are really hard to model. PN-sud has great stuff for reference bu ti looks like everyone has covered everything
