Hi all,
I was researching the hanomag when i came across a site which you might be interested in, it has only a few pics of armour and soft skin vehicles on there but the difference is if you like what you see, YOU CAN BUY IT!!!!
(Cash flow and girl friend allowing!!)
anyway i'll try and post the link.....
http://www.tanksforsale.co.uk/
probably wont work, never does when i do it! but you can see the link.
if anybody knows of a good site for the hanomag please let me know!

That's pretty neat - everyone should have their ownT-55!
Maybe then I wouldn't get cutoff driving on the highway as much.

gunnerk19,
just warn a few friends with foto-camera"S to take reference pics... as this shoud be a good opportunity to also take pics of say Apache's, portable AT-weapons and various other armor requested by the local cops as they are scared to death with you driving around...
Also, this would probably cost you heaps of money over here, as road tax is proportional to the weight of the car... though, if old enough, it might register as a classic, and be exempt from taxes #:-)
I wonder the look of customs when brnging in this vehicle (the did not like it when a car-dealer had bought a MiG-21. When it arrived, at the border, all it's equipment was still in working order (including the gun).

Great Link-very useful. I think I'll set up a vehicle hire service for weddings. Not shotgun weddings more like 115mm smoothbore weddings.... But where would one park a tank? Simple, anywhere you like.... Jim
