NTC id guess, they appear to be fitted with MILES gear, and that looks very much like NTC terrain.

National Training Center, So California.
These are from the initial production batch that 3/2 bde was given to certify and work out some kinks. You can barely see the MILES belts on the front vehicle (more evident by checking out the front cheeks - you can see the metal plates and wire w/ white tape). Note the DVE is in the first position. If we could see the sides of the vehicles the initial narrow, solid strut guard would probably be evident too. 3/2 also took these vehicles to Korea. Afterwards they got full production vehicles and then were deployed to Iraq w/ the DVE in the current, central front hull position and upgraded perforated strut guards, and slat armor.

I am going to say Yakima Training Center in Washington state. I say this because of the terrain and also as Rob noted the MILES gear. The reason I say its not the NTC is because out there they put more gear on, the tracking system that Star Wars uses to battle track while on the battlefield.

Agree,
The terrain is too smooth for NTC. No rocks and creasote bushes.
