Anyone built this set? The one with 13 infantry and two tank crewmen. I'm thinking of building a vignette with a Hobby Boss T34. I want to know if they are worth buying, quality of moulding, etc.

They're pretty much the figures from the 1/35 tank riders set scaled down and slightly simplified. Moulding is okay and the weapons are nice, but Tamiya's sculpting is below the level of the best, so the figures are slightly cartoonish. The tank crew are from the 70's T34 and aren't wonderful.
Best suited for a late war setting (winter 1944-45) but you can backdate some of them for earlier in the Great Patriotic War.

I think it's not a bad kit for the money. I bought one to go with a Hobby Boss T34 months ago. The T34 is still unfinished.

As with nearly all of Tamyia's figures, they have thick seam lines, lots of clean up, the heads aren't that good and the figure's feet are club like for the most part. Some figs are a bit stiff.
