Thanks in advance.

All of the Challenger kits have their flaws mostly with the turret shape. I personally like the Challengers from Dragon.

Thanks Charlie, my local hobby shop has Dragon kits of the challenger. I'll get one soon.

Hi
I thought I read somewhere on this site, although I can't find it now, the best of the bunch is the Tamiya one.
Oh dear not really much help, that's three posts each talking of the three available kits being the "best"
Then again"best" can mean many things, best in price, best in ease of going together, best in overall accuracy, best in tiny detail, best in type of material/construction of track, best in value for money.

There is a reason that this thread is in the Braille Scale section... Accurate Armour? Tamiya? Really?

Opps
I for one answered straight from the home page list of current topics rather than the Braille Scale section in forums and didn't notice that "braille scale"in the header banner d'oh...
well if I can't see that in the header what's the point of thinking of modelling in braille scale so I'll go back to my squinting at 1/35 and leave you lot with Superman vision alone

Alan/Scott, thanks for the info. I was thinking about that when Marco set us straight! Had a good laugh about it! Bradford thanks a bunch, I will have to take into account the good and the bad of each. I guess I'm just looking for the one that looks like a challenger. I'll probably pick up both! That's what I love about this scale, I can get both for less than one in 35th scale! Now that's cool!

Just picked up the Trumpeter kit today. Looks to be a little better in the detail department but not by much. The Dragon kit was almost half the price of the Trumpeter though ($8.95 vs $14.95). Looking forward to building them in the future. Any input on how they build up?
