Thanks Dave but it can be a real headache sometimes as now the tracks{ Panda Plastic }ones don't fit the around the drive sprocket.
So that means some surgery is in store or replacement drive sprockets and that means the mount needs to go.
Almost like a snowball on top of a mountain, time it rolls to the bottom a big avalanche.

Looking good Jeff! I've never been good at the Mr. Surfacer, I tried it as a practice test run type thing and it didnt look good on the spare plastic i have. Its in a spray can, don't know if thats the only way they make it. Picked it up at the LHS in Taegu.
I like the work you did with the casting numbers, it will go a great way to adding detail to her.
Is working with resin a P.I.A?

Thanks Per-Erik for the comments.
Me I need to learn also.
A little more base work.
What it might look like if I do not buy and build the Academy Lee instead of this one.
Those two spots where the glue were piss me off but nothing I can do until I get those boxes back on.
Thanks all.

Hey Jeff,
Cool work you have there.
I am now finishing up the same tam M3 Lee kit, it was a pre-owned and half built discount kit. I must say I hadn't had such fun doing building for a long long time despite the kit is as old as me.
I am doing up the 2nd Armoured Div "Hell on wheels". Good luck with your build!
Cheers

First Thanks all.
I guess my Yellow was a tad to much.
Per-Erik so What is up dude?
Justin well still slugging away on it.
I have been doing the Academy Lee also.
Kiong thanks it was a pretty good kit for the time, even if off in detail and all.
At least it does not have the Dreaded hole for the Battery thing or the Metal axle.
Academy has a large oval hole that needs to filled in the bottom of theirs, which I forgot to do before I glued the interior in.
James Tunisia is where I am heading for.
Well thanks again and back at it.
Happy New Year all.

Great work Jeff. Love what you did to the old tamiya kit. The base with rocks and new colour colour also looks a winner. Will be following.

Thanks Darryl and Frank.
I will give it my best shot Frank, but still way behind you.
But learning is the process.
You know that I like some things better on the "old Tamiya kit " better then the "new " Academy kit.
Thanks again.

Good job on both of the kits so far,
