What about letting the one with General rank and above, have their avatar in the "members online" square?

It's maybe too complicated, or the site maybe loads slower, but I like the idea. What about you, and ofcourse, you Jim?

BTW: Jim, is Jim only your nickname? Because I saw when I clicked on a banner: James Starkweather..

I do not see how having the avatar up would really do anything other than complicate the life of our revered leader Jim.
