here's a straight build of Hobby Boss's T-34/76. nice little kit except for the slight warp of the upper hull. i would assume that the other variants have the same problem since i also have the T-34/85. comments and criticism are welcome. built it and painted it
here's the T-34/76

looking great! I only think the interior could use some more painted details and especially weathering. And the tank from the outside, The paint job is very well done, the same about your weathering. It could be from the pics, but on many photo's the green looks a bit too green.

thanks Lars and Jon. i'm still learning how to apply weathering. i painted the exterior flat green mixed with a little white so that when i applied some wash it won't look too dark and loose some detail. i also did not glue the upper hull so i can take it off and show the interior detail. any tips on weathering the interior? i'm building the 85 variant and try to correct errors i did withe 76

Hi Rey,
Great job on the T-34! A lot of bang for the buck with the Hobby Boss. Congrats, Greg

thanks Greg! imho, the kits detail make up for some of it's cons. and building it kinda saved me from the modelers affliction of buying more kits than one can build. coz now i tend to look for kits that have full or partial interior detail

Well, a 1/16 KT is coming out with full interior
I like the tank; and having seen quite a lot of Russian armor, I have to say, some of them really ARE that green.
(I share your affliction to interiors... If I could I'd built all my kits with AM interiors. Time and money are the only factor. Usually it takes about a year to finish a 1/35 kit this way. The Hobby Boss kits finally mean I can build them faster, and start making them look "damaged".)
Anyway, really good job.
