Hatband - needs more texture and a different colour; Arm joint: needs filling; Knee - touch up the scrape; hand/cigarette, clean up...; sleeve - touch up the flesh a bit. Will also do the eyes (brighten highlights) and eyebrows. Then some high/lows on the cloth, and a dullcoat...
