Hi Carlos,
I would love to see one of your houses painted, but a colour picture would greatly help here!

Ok, it's coloured :-)
Anyway, the decent wheatering around the windows, the light snow coat on the roof, simply superb.
The footprints in the snow is a nice little detail to.
The only thing missing is smoke coming out of the chimney!

I like the dark setting. It is nicely done! But I would like to see some more contrast.
I like the amount of detail. Simple but very intresting!
Kind regards,

Brrrrrrrrrrr! Very atmospheric. The house is stunning. The painting is fantastic. The setting is great. All components add up into a very realistic, cold feeling piece. Your collaboration was definitely successful.
Cheers,
Charles

Hi Carlos. I have seen this finished model live ... it was such a treat. For a long time I have admired your buildings, and this weekend, I had the chance to see this one live for the first time. It was great to inspect this very closely and hopefully learn something. Markus did a great job painting and weathering it. I dont think this photo does the house justice ... especially with the white background.

Hi Hilbert . This is only part of the total scene ... the guy standing in front of the house is looking at something ..... so you are only seeing 50% of the dio.
Also not possible to see from this image is the old lady standing in the front porch.

Thanks for your comments guys. In my opinion Markus not only have paint, he have find something difficult to obtain: atmosphere, really seems a cold and uncomfortable day, very wet...
Frank... this not last of my models that you will see at Sweden :-) I´m collaborating now with some guys here
here the scen complete

cheers

I think it looks superb, maybe there's no smoke, but I really love the touch of the melted area of snow around the chimney, showing that at least a fire was burning recently.

Awesome dio. Love the cold, winter atmosphere, down to the little details like the footprints in the snow. Good Job

I may add that my heart never leapt at ANY diorama showed at EM this year (I must grow old and cold), and yet when seeing this pure atmospheric gem, well i got a huge smile on my face
