Where is this Stryker, somewhere in the US, it's odd to see a stryker in snow. I also see there's no MILES gear mounted but there are tire chains

No need for MILES in a training scene. Many times when they go out to train they are not doing force-on-force, and/or there are no OCs (referees). There are so many reasons to train, some require MILES and others do not. Still, you can see the Velcro on the hull where the MILES belts attach. The Velcro should be modeled at least since all Strykers are delivered to the units with Velcro.
