can anyone help with (as the title suggests) 3rd Armored Division mortar carrier halftrack markings ?

I'm an interested in building a post D-Day mortar carrier from the 3rd AD and other than the large yellow numeral aspect, I'm at a loss as to which letter, which number for the callsign. as well as what any of the other markings on the vehicle would be.

Any help would be most appreciated.
