Model Military Illustrated (Oct 2008) had a Newsline article where Cromwell was announcing the future release of the M1117 Guardian ASV (Kit # CK115).

Sad to say, Gordon at Cromwell just e-mailed me that the M1117 will not be released by Cromwell, due to the planned release by Trumpeter of the same vehicle. Gordon said they just can;t compete against such a release.

That being said, I hope that Cromwell will continue to produce those vehicles that fill the "niche" we all look for, whatever our tastes are. The Cougar appears to just that type of product.
