here's what I wrote over on HF:
MPs armed with pistols typically wore only one webbing strap crosswise like a Sam Browne and the pistol should be worn on the front of the belt and not at the side.
I thought at first it might be a rehash of
SKP 017 British Soldier with Rifle but the stance and the details are different. As ACAV has pointed out MPs didn't wear the beret though for a brief period they did wear the GS cap which resembles a beret. He might be based on a pic of a Regimental Policeman or Barrack Policeman who sometimes wore MP Brassards but wouldn't have worn peaked caps.
Still not a bad figure, I like the detail on the webbing though the buckles on the rear of the belt seem a bit far apart. He'd make a good Polish Tanker as they seemed to wear their webbing a lot more than British rankers did.
