Just orded the Tamiya dragon wagon recovery vehicle.
What can i expect from this kit?It looks a very detailed kit and such, but it looks like its going to be a hard one to build.

Any advice would be welcome

Went together well. Plenty of room to super detail, if you wish, but I thought it was fine OOTB. Had no issues with it.

It's a nice kit that goes together in typical Tamiya fashion.

One of my all time favorite kits. She goes together well, the details are outstanding and it looks great when completed.
Best of luck with it.

Thanks for the post.
Should keep me busy for a few weeks.Maybe i can do a build blog as i go along and post some pictures of the build

Also thinking of some sort of diorama,i read before that one vehicle was towing a panther G that had no tracks on,now that sounds cool.

Regards

A few weeks?! It took me a few months! But it is an excellent kit and a joy to build. Did you get the trailer as well?

Typical Tamiya Kit ... open box, add glue, shake, done.

Ok not that easy but close, looks better with aftermarket PE's etc ... but what doesn't?

I have made 8 of these buties, all for different people, two of which own a real one, I cant get enough of this kit, IMHO, one of the best ever kits to be brought out in plastic highly highly recommended.
