I was just wondering if anyone completed the Hobby Fan M667 Lance Missile kit. I want to start it, but have a few questions. Does anyone know if the kit comes with track whether it be plastic or rubber, or do you need to purchase aftermarket kits for it. Is there anything else I need to know before purchasing the kit (so I don't run into any surprises after opening it). I did a Hobby Fan Modern US Army Wrecker which I needed the Italari Modern 5 ton Cargo Truck as a basis to start the kit. Thanks

The kit comes with plastic tracks, roadwheels, and some details from the AFV Club M548 kit; there's nothing else to buy. You might be able to use some pieces off an M548 PE set but there is no aftermarket to my knowledge.

That's the one for the "gun truck" version. I would've suggested the earlier "M-548 TCC" set which is about half the price, plus does not appear to been a result of a "let's make every possible element out of PE" fever.

Hey Guys- Anybody have any pictures or TM manuals with the inner componets along with the rail componets so when I get the kit, I will have a better understanding of the parts that need to be assembled in the launcher and rail assembly. Thanks- Martin

So would I, but I don't think it's still in production. I could be wrong.
I saw it on the Eduard site. It's "discounted", which is probably the same as "discontinued".

There are a ton of pictures posted somewhere (maybe primeportal.net?). I checked mine out and it looked pretty complete and accurate. I only wish I had gotten dry transfers made before Archer stopped doing custom jobs.

At one time there was a M-667 at the Huntsville Space Center. I took some pics of it on a trip years ago. If you would like them, drop me a PM. I am having Photobucket problems or I would post them here.. Don M.
