I'm planning on doing a diorama of EITHER North Africa 1AC or Sicily 7th Army under Patton and I do not claim to be a uniform/unit/equipment expect of WWII (or anything else for that matter) and being on a budget what 1/35 scale figure kits would work well for a diorama of this nature? I've found a few resin kits that would work and the manufacturer's of them seem to be really proud of them

As you would guess I'm looking for American Troops, preferably in marching as in a column march, riders or just milling around. The concept is a portion of a Army on the move or rest, a Armor Column with support, troops and the like.

I think Patton had in his Army the 1st Inf Div, 82nd AB, and others. Which I'm looking up so I get it half right, I'm not a rivet counter but I do like to get close if possible.

So which figure kits will work? there seems to be a lack of "at rest" figure kits, most all appear to be in action.

Thanks in advance ...

EDIT ...

I found this one ....
