It's an ICM kit - I think they're still available . I got mine form AAA Hobbies (Stevens International) in Magnolia, NJ. It cost about $35 to $40 if I remember right?
Sorry, I don't have any in progress shots, but I can tell you it was an easy build. The bridge sections took only about an hour to assemble. It comes with a drivers interior and engine with drive train - but I didn't use 'em as you really can't see it too well. They went right in the spare parts box! Try online - somebody's got to have one. Hope this helps-
