Chinese tanks in WW 2 question

Does anyone know if the U.S. built tanks the Chinese used in WW 2 had on the usual stuff that U.S. tanks did? For example tarps,bedrolls back packs etc I'm doing an M3A3 Stuart from AFV Club in Chinese markings

Most of the pics I've seen of Chinese AFVs seem to be similar to the American's vehicles in terms of gear on the vehicles.

Chinese tanks are relatively clean (in storage sense) in WW II, grandad commanded a mechanized division back then, he told me, most of the AFVs, sherman, m3, some 222, they are used for infantry supporting role rather than in the real sense of armor that spearheads attacks. SO they are always close to the supplies.most of time, they are just used as mobile pill box.
