i ran into a similar situation 3 weeks ago.... ordered a few hobbyfan & neograde items, paid for them, but still nothing after 2 weeks.
so i emailed luckymodel (it's michelle) and, after 2 days

she replied that they have some problems with their banking/payment systems, and supposedly everything should be in order early this month.. AND the items i ordered had already out stock some time ago, which is not the case when i ordered them in the first place (i knew beforehand not to buy their' available' listed items). i was pissed at them for keeping me in the dark that i demanded a refund; she said it would take two weeks...
i had previously ordered from luckymodel many times, but this is the first occasion that i encountered such sloppy customer service from them
and yes, i had noticed that they haven't updated their stock for almost a month now...... that got me worried too...are they going to close business?
