Cost, time, appropriate skill level - perhaps I'd just like to build one OOB, as I am sure many others would too, or perhaps I'd just like to see this vehicle added to the 1/35 plastic injection range to everyones advantage
I could of course buy the excellent Accurate Armour kit if I wanted to spend that amount of money.

Tim was no doubt expressing the obvious opinion that these two subjects are rather unlikely to appear in styrene in any scale, as they are somewhat limited in general interest. A new styrene kit of the basic Universal Carrier would be a much better bet, and potentially more useful for modelers.
