That's a nice one, enjoyed all the scratch work on your log as well
How did you do do the brown camouflage stripes, they look like they were done by brush, but then how did you get the blurry edges?

Thanks Maurice.
I airbrushed the stripes. I had to touch up a few as I was building & weathering. The final dull coat really brings out the color variations. It looks much more natural to the eye than the photo.
Thanks Darren.
The driver is a kit bash but the other two are mine.

Neo, followed your scratch-building of the old kit and found it positively enlightening. Great workmanship and a great model to promote Braille Scale. Just one point, I would have liked to see some lower angled shots. If your camera can do it, a 3/4 front view would be quite dramatic.
Cheers,

Nice job on that one - especially considering the small scale.

Neo,
Excellent build on this old kit! Super job on the camo and base. Really like your figures too. They look surprized at seeing somthing up in the sky while having a cigerette brake? Really enjoyed following your build. Thanks for posting and sharing hope to see more of your stuff here.

Thanks Eddy.
Yes, that was my general thought. They see a Sturmovik ( I read somewhere the Germans really did not like the IL-2) and smoke breaks over, time to go. My version of Achung Jabo - LOL.
My next one Braille build is a burnt out / blown up T 34 w/ scratched interior. I'm working on the figure now - German wearing a parka and one of those fuzzy winter hats carrying a Panzerfaust (that's all scratched too). Pic's soon.

Neo, how gracious of you for providing those pictures. The shots are as great as I thought that they might be. A superb build and I compliment you on your achievement. My best wishes for the future.

Jan
