Hi guys,
Somewhile ago I bought myself a M114 155 howitzer from Italeri and I was planning in painting it in a MERDC-scheme from some NG-unit as seen in Tankograd Reforger 1985-1993.
Does anyone know where to find a MERDC or CARC paintingscheme for this gun ?
Cheers,
Gé Hovens

There was a link to a great site about this in the SPIF campaign tread in this forum. I lost the bookmark now, but if you have the patience to go through the campaign I am sure you will find it.
Sorry, I did not have the patience myself
Hope this helps.

Was there a specific pattern put out by the Army....yes.
Was it followed all the time...no. If you keep generally to the correct percentages of each color you will look fine
Also be aware there are differences of the Italeri kit which is actually the M1 (which became the M114) and the M114A1 of the period you are looking for. The kit is correct for WWII/Korea. If you are looking to be technically correct, you will need to make and alter some parts.
Without going into detail here....unless we want to....check Prime portal and some other reference sites for the M114 or 114A1 to find the differences.
Rounds Complete!!
