Hello,
is the PT-76 track the same as the ZSU-23-4 track?
Can I use the Modelkasten set on the Trumpeter kit?
Thanks,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
unfortunatly producers like Armo (set # 35551) lead to the conclusion PT-76 tracks are identicaly to those of the Shilka. (By the way I definitly do not recommend the Armo tracks)
But be aware, there isn't THE PT-76 track. Just refer to these pics:
http://www.dishmodels.ru/wshowp.htm?p=567&id=12124
(quite different from those shown by Gary, but still different from the Shilka's ones, as seen here: http://www.dishmodels.ru/wshowp.htm?p=465&id=9228)

Thanks for your help!
I wasnīt sure, if they are different. Now I know. Didnīt know that Masterclub makes tracks, either.
I was only aware of the Armo ones.

Hi Thomas,
I have the Armo tracks and they are really bad ones! They are of soft detail, only a few single ones, the most ones casted together (i.e. not the 'working' type), some warped and a casting carrier to be removed...
Their shape definitly dont match the Shilka's tracks, but the PT ones.
I was very dissapointed by that stuff.
Best wishes
Volker

Thanks for the warning on the Armo track Volker!
It was indeed my plan to get these in case the MK ZSU-23-4 tracks are incorrect!
Thanks to Gary for teh heads up on the Masterbox tracks.

Quoted TextThanks to Gary for teh heads up on the Masterbox tracks.
They are made by MasterClub. If you go looking for Masterbox, you'll never find them.
Was a typo- I do have some Masterclub tracks sets already. I just wasnīt aware that they have PT-76 available.
BTW, which of the two IS-2/3/etc. track sets they offer I should use for a IS-3M? (Instead of opening another thread).
Thanks,
Thomas
