is the lifecolor US olive drab kit the correct uniform
it looks like the last one, the faded drab 2 is the correct one

I am not sure this Olive Drab seletion ias the best option for US Paratroopers Uniform , since they were more of a Khaki colour have a look at the following article on the renactors website It may be of some use, I tend to lighten the uniform colour silghty to take account of the scale.

My one critique of LifeColor paints is the shades and labels they use with them. You do have to do research and potentially mix a bit more to get just what you're looking for.
As far as 'if' this is one of those I'll leave that to uniform experts.

Mike ,
I undercoated the figure matt black and painted a mix of khaki & US light green as the base and then I deepened shadows and lightened highlights.
Before I started I printed out some Images from the web mentioned above and played arround with mixes until I was happy with a match.
