Hi I'm wanting to modify my old DML tiger into a sci-fi one with perhaps a mini-gun and two jet turbine engines replacing the old maybach engine. what do you think?

There was a similar thread here on Armorama about a month back:

There are quite a few people here interested in similar projects where reality meets science fiction. If building such a thing excites you, then heck ya build it. Take some pictures and post a build log. I'd follow it and I'm sure others would too.

Yes it's going to be propelled by an EMD 12 cylinder and a GE Generator with dynamic brakes. It'll be modeled and viewable.
99% scratchbuilt.

Hi Nick! My preference is big wheels and big tracks! These turrets are destined in reality projects Rubber or steel... Steel gotta love those 'Gummi's'.

If you want to do it go for, it will make a change from all the other (samey) Tigers we get lumbered with.

I think I'll leave it alone for a while, a bit snowed under with kitty projects at the moment! Though one of my sons want me to zimmerit a GW Imperial Baneblade! Nearly got drawn into a discussion with one of his friends the other day, as to what would triumph between a Tiger and a Land Raider?
