hello all =]


right i was chatting to a fellow vietnam s.i.g
and he said m48a3's were used along the road side
they were given additional armor

one of them had loas of sand bag put ontop so it looked like a mobile bunker i recently bought the tamiya m48A3 so i was gona
do it as a dio with it park on the road side


i will try and find some photos

critism is welcome

had anyone got any pictures of m48's being used at the road side?

Legend Productions make a sandbag armour set for the M48A3.

Verlinden did a Vietnam diorama with a sandbagged M48A3 a long time ago.

They did exist....I don't think they were commonplace though.

ive looked at the legend set because you can get the sandbags with stowage
im going to pick one up and probably make some sandbags to build it up
