Hi everyone,
Lately I haven't posted any photo's of my work. Today I thought it was time to show something.
I've painted these figures in ACU (Digital Camo).
Used paints:
Vallejo Model Color:
Iraqi Sand
White Grey
Black Grey
Tamiya Acryl:
Sky
MIG Oils
Black Smoke
Buff
Deep Yellow
Brick Red
Van Gogh Oils:
Burnt Umber
Photo's:
These will come in my Iraqi diorama, that I've started a long time ago, but never finished.
I will place as soon as possible the photo's of the rest of my recent work.
Lars

Thanks guys.
I´m gonna paint 2 other sets in this camo soon. So I think i´m gonna make a step by step and maybe a feature.
How did I do it?:
I've first build it ofcourse.
After this Í've filled the holes with putty.
Priming with Vallejo primer in a rattle can
When this was dry I've made a mixture of Vallejo White Grey with a little bit of Black Grey, thinned with water and sprayed it with my airbrush on the figures. Doing this in very thin spots will give a nice coat for a figure.
When this was done I've made a mixture of Iraqi Sand and a grey colour (the same mixture as used as base colour) for the body armour and all the other stuff in that colour. The upper parts were painted with the mixture mentioned above with some White grey added.
This was the first time I've painted a digital camo, so it was a bit guessing for me too. I've painted small camo blocky spots with light and darker grey mixtures. When this was dry, I've tamponed (I don't know if it's called that way in English. I mean that sort of drybrushing but then dipping on a model) Tamiya Sky, Vallejo White Grey and another grey mixture with a small pencil. When only doing this on spots with many colours you can get a very pixely look.
When I was finished with this I started painting other details like the face, hands with gloves and gun.
I hope this will help you a bit.
So is there interest in a step by step with photo's?

I hope there gonna be even better! I think I'll need to work on more diversity in colours. Now it looks a bit monotone.

Nice job on the cammo. After a few days in the dust, those colors are just about right.
Looking forward to seeing that. Just have the number one man covering the door, and not flagging his buddy, and you'll be fine.
