You'll probably agree that my above reply is useless, but that's about all I can say given the question!

It depends on your situation; which MiniArt kits are you looking at in particular, what sort of situation/diorama do you want to implement them into, are you any good at scratchbuilding, is cost an issue?

If you can expand your question, we can expand our answers mate!

Plastic doesn't seem to be the problem in the miniart buildings, I just dislike the thickness of the buildings, not like in the Verlinden P. buildings that are made of the "real deal" if you know what I mean... apart from that, they are cheaper than most buildings from other manufacturers and with some tricks here and there I have seen really nice achieved dioramas...you could give them a try....

Hi Emmet.

The answer is yes, they are. Putting them together however is not the same as building a regular plastic kit.
Go to the miniart website and look at their ASSEMBLY GUIDE Watch the videos too and If you feel you can handle the assembly technique then go for it.

I think they're great as well as being cheaper and more satisfying to build than Ceramic, plaster or resin building kits.

Allmodels in Dublin has a good supply if you're up that way.

Check out this page and get a better idea of the whole spectrum
MiniArt Reviews

I think they are price effective, low cost, a bit more 'work' on clean up and assembly. Some scale better than others. Definitly read the 'built' reviews, they go into some detail on assembly issues and such.
