I was wondering if anyone has used the Heki mats for long grass. Field grass

Nope, but it does look intriguing. What scale is it?

hi

i think i have used such things when i was young, if i'm right it's grass on paper right ?

i bought such stuff at a local architec-store and it's usefull to be honest. i made a park with it, so i can really recommend it to fresh-skilled-modellers.

if im' right it's not expensive.

anyway, it's a good starter and ideal

greetzzzz

How long is it? I mean, compared to a 1/35 figure, will it represent ankle deep, knee deep or how deep grass? I'm curious, but don't want to invest since the supplier I found has a $50 minimum order.

i hope this is better than the "green sand paper" stuff... this picture actually looks nicely textured, while the sandpaper stuff looks more like a putting green! Absolutely too "perfectly uniform".

Hi,

it is def suitable for 1:35, it is very long and beautifull coloured grass, they have it in different tones as well, but you have to put another coat of grass under it thus creating the change of creating long patches of grass here and there. if you have about 2 weeks patienceI will have a diorama finished with the heki grass..it reaches kneelength I reckon...50$ minimum order???..that's ridiculous try to find another dealer serious...I'll keep you posted,

Thanks for the info invictis. I know, $50 minimum order is ridiculous. I will continue to look for another source.
