Has anybody orded from the Alexander miniature website?i think there based in italy.

I placed an order for a 1/35 ss Tanker figure on the 3rd december paying through pay pal.my pay pal payment went out but when i log in to there website it says i have not made any purchases.
There email system seems very strange to as iv email them twice in the past 2 weeks.
