Am looking for some winter tank crew for my panzer IV,and i came across the winter tank crew from miniart.what am asking is does anyone have this set as i need to know if the commander figure fits in the panzer IV turret cupola as he looks a little chunky

hi karl
i know it's not a panzer IV but i did have to shave the sides of the jacket down to make him fit the cupola i also added a hornet head.

What i also might have to do is leave the glass periscope parts off as this takes up a lot of room in the cupola.

Hi Karl,
I have this set in my stash and I agree the commander looks a little chunky as do other members of the team...what I usually do with these figures is really chop off some parts as they seem a bit weird and correct as much as possible with Tamiya Epoxy putty, but I don't think you'll have major problems fitting the commander on your P.IV. If you don't feel confident I can post some pictures of the sprues and maybe of a P.IV turret if I find one in my stash.
