it's a soldier from the 101st ariborne division reloading his m-1 while spausing on top of a drain pipe. it looks really cool however it's $50 and i'm only 15 n thats kinda a lot for me to spend on just one figure. i'v always wanted it so i'd like to know if anyone else has build it nad if it's worth teh $50.
thanks
happy modelling!!!

Looks good, but I haven't had experience with that retailer. Give it a try though. And please use tinyurl.com when pasting large urls.

I haven't built it myself - but have seen a couple knockout specimens at shows. It builds up into a very nice figure.
S&T Products are generally beautifully posed and sculpted (by John Rosengrant), but come with a price tag to match.
Whether it's "worth it" though is purely subjective.

You can also find this figure at Colorado Miniatures, who keep a substantial range of S&T figures - and I dare say that the postage will be a lot cheaper.
S&T Products ST-16027 U.S. Airborne, 1944
This particular figure is sculpted by Trevor Hensley.
But the question was "Is the figure worth $50?". I would say yes. No, I have not built or seen the figure, however S&T products are well known for their quality and detail. Furthermore, you're looking at a 1/16 scale resin figure which is is not mass produced, so yes, it's going to be more expensive that a 1/16 scale injection plastic figure (which are mass produced).
If you don't have a lot of experience with figures I would recommend you try a few of the mass produced ones first to get used to painting - particularly large scale figures.

Hi mate
Yes I have built and painted the kit.
The kit goes together very well and quick, the sculpting and face is great.
I think that $50 is fair for a 120mm figure in resin( well a good figure like this one anyway)
Just watch the sling on the gun as you may need to put it in warm/hot water or heat gun so you can bend it in place. There is also no Airbourne badge you have to make one or get a decal.
Here is a pic of mine but there are more shots on my website
