Hi all
I've been looking through pics of "Kingforce" Churchills and can't tell if they had Air ID markings. I would have thought the Churchill would still be fairly unfamiliar to Allied pilots in the desert at this time, so that some form of Air ID would be needed.
Any thoughts or information?
TIA

Paul,
From what I've read and seen in photo's, with only six Mk III's being in the unit, one would think that Air ID would be used.
I too have been unable to find anything that would say or lead me to think otherwise .
I may not be looking deep enough.
Sorry my friend .
