I am completely gob-smacked by some of the dioramas on this site, on the down side, if you can call it that, I spend more time looking then I should spend asking questions - talking of which - I have my 1-72 navy blokes, boat and buildings all sorted out, at the moment I was searching for animals and birds, gulls and the like, dogs and cats, and haven't got the ablity to create them myself (not got the skill for it) and was wondering if there is actually somewhere I can buy 1-72 animals and birds. Look forward to your reply.

I wish I had a specific 1/72 scale kit to show you - I don't, someone else may.
If you check out Rail Road kits, I think HO scale is close to 1/72 ?

Thank you Scott, I found some pigeons and seagulls for $20.00, but once I picked myself up off the floor, for ten of them against the price, I'd rather go without, perhaps if they were perfect then that would reflect the price, but there's nothing special about them, and more then likely, I would end up painting them myself. If, and its that word again 'if' I've managed to find one site, there must be more, and a whole lot cheeper, I have also been told that the HO railway scale is close to my 1-72 scale. Thank you again.

Try a search at Scenic Express> They have some HO (1/87) animals that could possibly pass. I didn't see any birds to match, though.
