This is good news, The US mechanic is one of my favourite fugures and the Corpus range are some of the most btural looking resin figs out there.

Hi Pat
Is this a range of figures from a company that ceased trading at one time and are being re introduced into the market ? Not a name/range I'm familiar with although I think a couple have popped up on ebay.
Great figures.
If that is the case I wonder how many more defunct figure company moulds and masters there are lying gathering dust that it would be great to see again. From what I've seen of them, Resination had some nice figures so did Kirin although it would appear Legend Productions reproduce a few of those.
cheers
Alan

Hi Alan,
Yes indeed, these are the same figures. Kristian Bodi was the original sculptor of these two figures for Corpus.

Hi rudi
Thanks for the info. As I said it's a brand name I vaguely heard of since my return to modelling.
It must be very frustrating for sculptors to see the work they've done on figures no longer available if a company ceases trading etc. Hopefully we shall see a lot more excellent stuff coming out.
Cheers

I remember doing some boxart for them many years ago, still using oil paints! The details and castings were excellent and the fit of parts was perfect. I would advise to buy them while they are back on the market.
Cheers,
Gino

Same here. I have those 2 figures as shown in the news thread. Great figures. Also would love to see some of the Resination figures make a come back.
Did Kristian Bodi sculpt for both?
Anybody got an URL for "The Body"?
