What is the box above the MG fount on the front of the hull on the Tiger I between the hatches. Is it wood? I am getting ready to paint it and need to know what kind of texture it is wood or metal?

Yes, a big block of wood used when using the jack. Could be natural wood or painted with the rest of the tank.
