Hi,
HobbyBoss are apparently venturing into making some 1/35th scale figures, what would you like to see in that new range?
Personally, Swedish and Danish modern tank crews.
Swedish and Danish modern Infantry.
You are welcome to post your ideas!

Easy choice for me.
1980's rockstars and porn lords in cheap, affordable plastic.
Sick of paying resin prices for them.

Since HB launched their Website, they've had that 'Coming Soon' up there...
Again, the tired old litany i'm afraid. Unless Joshua has a direct line to HB, then I fail to see what the point of this thread is. Last time I talked to HB, they didn't even know who we were. So, i'm doubtful that any suggestions posted here are going to glavanize them into action...

Modern Canadian anything! As we have nothing in this era for Canadian tankers or infantry, anything would be welcome, although I doubt they read this forum to set their future release plans.

I would vote for any modern sets of figures !!!
2000's years Tankers or riflemen:
US
UK
Russians in chechnya
IDF
French
Canadian
Germans
Italians
As said before, the later sets of figures from Trumpeter/Hobby Boss (OIF running GI's and CH47 crew) are better than Dragon ones. Their hands and boots are far superiors.
btw since the guy from Trumpeter put photos of Hobby boss news too on this forum, since the two companies are in the same chinese places, since vajra use same photostudio for displaying their news, it's not false to thinks they're all in the same company.
So they should read this thread.

Modern tank riders of all nationalities would be fantastic, especially Third Worlders and irregulars who may not have APCs and have to ride into battle on top of their tanks. The only tank riders most manufacturers bother with are WW2 germans and Soviets. Also, some soldiers on foot: Arabs, Peshmerga, and Iranians (both army and Pasdaran if you please). And how about some mounted men? Rhodesian Gray's Scouts (or Zimbabwe Mounted Infantry, a horse-mounted unit still in service there), Sudanese Janjaweed on horse or camelback, and mounted Afghan soldiers. I've heard there are even some mounted US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, or there were.
Also, wouldn't it be great if someone would cast some guys on motorcycles? In 1/35 scale, of course. In my Osprey Iran-Iraq War 1980-1990 there's a photo of a Pasdaran scout on a motorbike, with binoculars and a rifle slung, on the lookout for Iraqi tanks. What a cool figure for a diorama he would make! Maybe we'll see some original stuff from Hobby Boss or someone else come out this year. But I guess a lot of these guys keep doing the same subjects over and over because they know they're sure to sell.

- Anything and Everything Vietnam War (Army, Marine AFV crews & infantry; Aussie infantry and AFVj crews; ARVN AFV crews, PBR/Monitor crew, VC/NVA, civilians, news people, etc. ).
- USMC and Army (Pacific Theater) WWII --- AFV and landing craft crews as well as infantry... And let's see the landing craft, amtrac, and PT boat crews in more relaxed Pacific theater garb (t-shirts shorts, shirtless, etc. etc.)
- Modern Spanish AFV crew for the Centauro
- Modern Israeli AFV crew & Infantry (and some Palestinians, too),
- South African AFV crew and infantry, circa, 1980s
My two cents, before taxes, of course...
Regards and Aloha,
Johnny B.

While most of us think there are already too many Wehrmacht figures, I'd like to see more soldiers at rest in full gear. Soldiers aren't always fighting or crouching, but often are sitting against a tree/wall with their gear on or piled on the ground.
Old maxim: don't stand when you can sit, don't sit when you can lie down.

A complete artillery-crew of the "17cm Kanone 18 in Mörserlafette" or "21cm Mörser 18" in 1/35 scale would be fine!
Precision Models has some sets, but in resin and hard to find.

Like JIm said.. this "Coming Soon" has been there ever since their site started, so I don't think they have any plans to make figures any time soon.
