What kind of problem?

Other than long waits for some orders the items always arrived in good condition.

I ordered a couple of items on a Tuesday, had them on Thursday! Excellent service, will deal with thrm again!

I have had nothing but good luck with them as well.
We had some communication issues recently, messages getting lost in the spam box, but overall, I am very happy.

Sometimes it takes them a while to send things to you, but normally everything works really well.

I really like their site and want to do business with them in fact I placed an order back in November for 4 items that were on sale. Since then my order just sits there, noting that each item is on backorder, even though checking each of the items shows them as in stock in the catalogue. Repeated e-mails over the past several weeks have gone unanswered.
Guess I'll try to be patient a little longer.

I will let you know.

My order that I placed in mid-November as of today changes status and shows Complete. I have not received yet, but I'm sure I will receive in a couple of days. I think that if you can wait a while, the prices are definitely right.

I had two orders sitting unfilled for a while also.
It seems that I had placed one order from my old physical address and one from the new.
I have changed email addresses as well.
After some emailing and contacting them through the link at the bottom of the orders page, my kits shipped today.

I had not tried calling them, but the link at the bottom of the orders page got my issues resolved quickly.

Still a happy customer.

Got it fixed!!!

Received an e-mail today and got the problem taken care of. should have my goodies soon!

Good thing with the way this weather has been.

Looking forward to placing more orders with them now.
