I recently found an old Military Modeller mag that shows Chieftains at BATUS in what appears to be sand with either black or dark green disruptive. Can anyone confirm this scheme and provide details of markings?
The photo is not that clear and is a front view.

I can confirm that BATUS vehicles are painted in sand/green.Vehicle callsigns are usually a black box with white numerals and sometimes a white surround.
