Someone help me recall....I just
recently got back into modeling
after a 3 year hiatus. I used to use denatured alcohol to thin acrylic paints but can't remember if it was Polly-Scale or Tamiya or both.
I remember that it covered well ...just can't remember which brand. 'preciate th' help.

Both Polly-S and Tamiya are acrylic and can be thinned with denatured alcohol. Both cover well. Polly-S has a wider range of colors available so less custom mixing would be needed. I use ModelMaster Acryl most of the time, but I have some Polly-S and Tamiya on my paint shelf. Try them both and see which one you like best.
