Felt like a little fun. This scale really save on resources since it uses so little glue & paint. I had to mix about 10 times the amount of paint i needed just to have enough to fill the brush. Marking then some filters to fade it all. Just need to take a little time for me eyes to uncross.

I find it funny that Dragon includes PE grilles in their 1/144 kits while Tamiya still insists on forcing you to buy them separately - in every scale.
I've built a few of the 1/144 kits, they are fun little diversions. I have a Hetzer that is half finished - believe it or not, I used the hairspray technique for a winter wash on it. The amazing part is that it worked.

Here it is all done. A couple of days and about 4 cents worth of glue and paint. Maybe I will build that 1/144 P-47 now

Wow, that's really something. Great paint, considering the size. Just don't sneeze, or it may fly out the window...

Marc, absolutely superb build! Wish the pictures were a touch larger to really show off your efforts. Hmmm, you might need a scanning electron microscope to get a few close-up shots.

Thanks guys... glad you like it.
The base is the top of a benefiber jar. Just a tad bigger than a a peanut butter jar but that woud work too.
And OK you got me...
