Greetings chap's. Throwing out a request to any expert's that may be out there as to what is the best kit to use to portray a Danish 8x8 'Piranha' Armoured Ambulance.
I plan to build one of these as a 'memorial/tribute' to some guy's who made the ultimate sacrifice 2 weeks before Christmas 08, during an operation outside Gereshk. I knew one of them personally, from my short attachment at FOB Price during my tour last year, where he started to teach me a few phrases in Danish to pass the quieter moment's. I was lucky enough to get a go at driving one of these awesome wagon's round the 'dust bowl'.
They are usually covered in a mass of cam net, which helps as my 'plastic surgery' skills are non existant. I have a selection of reference pic's to assist, and am willing to pass on to anyone interested in doing something similar. I also snapped some Danish M113's and Mercedes G wagon recce gunship's, which I think Azimut are doing conversion part's for. The pic's will be scanned and put onto cd, as I only had a few 35mm disposable camera's with me ($2.00 each). Did'nt want to risk my Canon EOS digital gear !
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Thank's for that white 4, I guessed as much, that would be the out come. I'll just wait until I get the Cheiftan,Panther F, King Tiger and 2 Shermans on my bench finished and some space to work cleared before I pursue this project any further.
