I will definately buy this one. I tok part in Reforger '76. It would be interesting to see where we were at various stages.I spent so much time riding around in the tank,I never knew exactly where I was.
I wonder if there is a picture of my tank, with the left track off,and the sprocket ripped off?

Carl,
Mostly 3/68 Armor shown during Gordian with C21 shown prominently......none with a tossed track tho.

I was on REFORGR 78 Certain Shield. I drove an M60A1 over 350 miles in 2 weeks. Longest time I ever went without a shower. No breakdowns though I was lucky and the tank was less then a year old. I will pick it up.

Because the pictures for this book were taken by soldiers on the scene, I thought some of the photos were poor - either from age or camera quality. I bet many of the picture were taken with a 110 camera. I know I was taking lots of pictures with that camera at the time.
I liked it for the camo schemes used at the time. I have an M60A2 Starship waiting in the wings, and this book will be part of the research for it.
Thanks for the review.

I wonder why you did two reviews on the same book?
